HANDLING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Original artworks from 60 x 60 and down can be send to you.

The process of selling original artworks via my homepage here is done firstly by contacting me by mail. If you want to buy a painting we will find out the best way to hand it over to you. That can be either by face to face deliverance. Either you come and pic it up at one of my ateliers or - if you live close by, I will deliver it to you.

Smaller pieces of original art can be send my mail both nationally within Denmark or internationally. The expences of sending will be held by the customer unless other is agreed upon.

SHIPPING OF ART PRINTS

When will my order Ship?

Once I receive your order, I will place an order with my printing company. They are usually able to print, package and ship the work within 3-5 business days.

How long does shipping take?

If you are in Europe you can expect to receive your artwork within 2 weeks of ordering. 

For overseas shipping please allow three or more weeks for your artwork to arrive.

RETURNS

What is your Exchange Policy?

All sales of original artwork are final. 

I am happy to exchange a print for you, though a restocking fee of 20% of the original print price will apply. I print to order and try my best to not have prints sitting in stock. 

Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. I accept print returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiptIf you do not reach out within 7 days, I will be unable to accept a return for exchange, so please be prompt! 

Please be aware that an exchange may not arrive in time for Christmas if the new print is unable to be printed until after December 5th, as I fulfill exchange requests only after receiving the returned print. 

I will ship your replacement artwork only after receiving your return, and communication via email.

Please return your print in the original packaging. If your print came in a tube, it must be returned with both end caps. If you opened the package and threw one end cap away, tape is not a replacement!

If you do not have the original packaging, please go to the post office and purchase a stiff mailer or a sturdy tube, as well as postage. 

I cannot accept artwork for exchange if it is damaged in transit back to the studio due to poor packaging.

I am unable to restock and sell damaged prints, so please make sure you package your print with care!

What is your Return Policy?

Who owns the right to the artwork

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. 

I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create.

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.  

If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.

When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business (hooray!) but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
